  I had an excellent experience with this place when I ordered for a large crowd for superbowl sunday.
  I called and spoke to someone very pleasant who walked me through the catering options when I placed my order.
  Cut to a day later, I get a call explaining that they were running a superbowl special and did I want to make a small adjustment (minus a solitary tender) to save 10+ dollars-- and yes, yes I did.
  Cut to two days later and my guess list expanded. I called and added more easily with another pleasant employee.
  The day of the order was hot, fresh and ready at the exact time stated.

  This place has horrible service, they never have apple pies, new chicken sandwich, never have them either, it's a joke, they need some kind of management,  never go back there again

  This place is awful, dirty, slow, and the staff don't give a shit. Obviously it's fast food , but you could at least make an effort.

  First of all I give 1 star because the food is good, the biggest problem is management and customer service. They need to get their employees to be nice to customers and do the work, they too lazy and look like they hate their job.

  Hard to get the correct order across.
  Food (and I use the term "food" in the loosest sense) is extremely salty and just yucky.
  Chicken (we had the "dark meat" ie legs and thighs) was tasteless and of course salty.
  If you are starving because you haven't eaten for days and all other options for food are wiped out because of a nuclear strike( ) and Popeye's and cockroaches are the last remaining entities on Earth, consider Popeye's. If not just don't go there.
